Zweiundzwanzig!!
It just so happens that there are so many pictures today that picking just one is absolutely impossible.
A beautiful morning!
A ZEBRA CRANE?! So AWESOME. This is only one of the 120,313 cranes hanging in display in the HFAQ. "Each was folded in honor of a Japanese American in World War II."
Yes, way cool. I know.
This is my boyfriend. Isn't he the cutest?
Us together! Hahaha. Funniest picture. Love it!

So tonight after my date with Brad I came in and Steph was watching Prancer. BUUUT since we had a night to ourselves, she popped in "Spirited Away" and we had a little spa party! She got these feet treatment things that smelled like peppermint, and oh. my. goodness. You filled up this little tub with hot water and then poured some kind of mixture into it and the mixture got all thick like applesauce and...dang. It was SO cool! AND SO LUXURIOUS! OH MY GOODNESS!
It was way awesome. I couldn't stop squishing my feet around in it. Brad and I are totally going to have to do this.

Twaalf
Today was one of those rare days that I got to go to the Hinckley building! Whuhoo! There was a lecture here tonight that counts for extra credit in my history class which I will probably end up needing very badly (if I don't need it already), so I went. The topic? "Geostrategic Challenges Facing the United States" given by Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski. Yeah, seriously. How in the world I'm going to write a page single-spaced about it, I have no clue. I'm sure I'll figure something out.
But it was actually really interesting, I'm glad I went! It made me really aware of some of the issues that we're having in the US that I had no idea were going on. Out there, right NOW these international relations and issues are taking place, and I was totally oblivious to them. I loved what Dr. Brezinski said that our generation is going to have to live with the political decisions that people are making. It's so true. You'd think we'd be more concerned with things we're going to have to deal with later on in life. Is there any hope for the government? Or America??
It's not completely hopeless...is it?
That and this has become an all-too-present picture in my life.
Studying in the Memorial Hall until 11pm every night. YES!

Once!
Luckily this semester I have the extreme blessing of being in History 202 with Dr. Skabelund. The more I attend lecture, the more I like him! I especially appreciate this book that is on our "to read" list this block. I'm only 50ish pages in, but every time I pick it up, I find it so difficult to put down! The story is really intriguing, and while reading I constantly ask myself, "Would I have that kind of faith? Would I stand up for Christ, no matter the consequence?" I'd like to say, "YES! OF COURSE!" But I have a small (but growing) pain tolerance. Torture? I don't know if I'd have the strength. I'd pray to God that I'd be able to, of course. Or maybe I'd pray to die so quickly that I wouldn't have those words, "I don't believe" escape my lips. The thought of it makes me shiver. That is a shame I don't think I could ever live down. I absolutely have a firm testimony that Jesus Christ is the Savior of all man-kind, including myself. So every time I read this book I vow to myself to have a stronger, more impenetrable testimony of the Savior. Who would have known History 202 would be such a life-impacting class!
Needless to say, if you have the time, it would be WISELY spent on this book.

My new favorite place to study is the Memorial Hall - the cute couple is just a bonus. The cutest thing about them? Every once and a while he'd lean over and kiss her on the cheek. *sigh* Love.
THE NATIVITY! Gotta love it. And the temple in the background! ;)
Thank you for the BLUE SKY, Utah.
Great conversation with the man at the desk:
"How are you?"
"Good!"
"I know you are! That's why you're here!"
*laugh*
*checks recommend* "Are you happy?
*big smile* Very!
"You always are when you're righteous."
"I know, it's fantastic, isn't it?"
"Sure is. You know, I used to think adults were perfect...and now I know they aren't."
*thinks a bit* "Really? I still think that, but that's good to know." *smile*
*smile/laugh* "Enjoy your youth!"
"I will, just for you."

I was walking back from my eye appointment and saw this house AGAIN. I saw it one day while running, and I swore I'd take a picture of it. I should have waited for a sunnier day, but I am SERIOUSLY in love this house. I would totally live there if it wasn't in Provo, Utah - no offense. Yellow and red! It's so warm! It's the best house ever. I will build one EXACTLY like it one day.
I LOVE IT!

I love ducks, and I've never seen so many on campus before! Megan and I saw them walking out of the Wilk, and I decided I'd take some pictures of them. We made a new friend Michael from Oregan, I got some SWEET shots, and it was a great time seeing everyone so happy with the ducks. What a blessing! ;)
